Engineering Trainee

Job Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects.

Assist in monitoring contractors and consultants to ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards and legislative requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.

Draft reports and documentation to facilitate project management.

Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

Final year undergraduate in Industrial / Electrical / Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines or recent graduate with no more than 2 years of working experience.

Passion in developing a professional career in the security printing industry.

Proactive with an analytical and innovative mindset to resolve problems.

Self-motivated and drive to achieve excellence.

A good team player with leadership potential.

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, good Putonghua an advantage.

Appointee will undergo on-the-job training in different job roles and have the opportunity to participate in various projects for a comprehensive understanding of the security printing industry and to get prepared for taking up supervisory roles. Continuous development programme, including overseas technical training and exchange, will be provided for the appointee’s further career advancement.

Assistant Manager/ Officer (Environment, Health and Safety)

Job Description

Assist the manager to maintain and implement environment, health, safety, and quality (EHSQ) management systems according to the company’s EHSQ policy, legislative requirements and ISO standards.

Work with various departments in developing or updating EHSQ standards and reviewing and analysing the effectiveness of current internal controls systems and propose recommendations for improvement where necessary.

Provide EHSQ training, perform inspections and prepare reports, and monitor ongoing compliance.

Conduct assessments, inspections, audits, accident investigations and root cause analysis in relation to safety and risk for workplaces with recommendations for prevention.

Prepare, update and maintain relevant internal control policies and procedures including documentation for ISO / EHSQ systems, etc.

Responsible for integration on ISO and EHSQ systems; communicate and co-ordinate activities within the Company / external auditors as assigned.

Perform any other ad hoc projects as and when required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree or above in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering or related disciplines.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in similar role, preferably in manufacturing industry.

Possession of Registered Safety Officer qualification from Labour Department is an advantage.

Knowledge and training in ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 is preferred.

Knowledge and experience in Integrated Management Systems will be an advantage.

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing.

保安主任 (特別職務)

大專或以上學歷；

持有紀律部隊/保安管理文憑為佳；

須具四年或以上保安或紀律部隊經驗(其中最少2年為督導級別)；

持有有效保安人員許可證及認可保安培訓課程(QAS)證書；

持有有效香港駕駛執照、急救證書或其他相關專長者為佳；

能操廣東話及英語並能閱讀及書寫中、英文報告；

每星期五天工作，須24小時輪班(每更約8.5小時)；

具有電腦操作知識，協助處理日常文書及船務工作，如：電子報關/出入口文件 (Trade link / Airway bill)；

熟悉海關進出口程序、報關文件（如裝箱單、發票、報關單）及相關法規，熟悉貨運安排者優先；

需要獨立處理有關貨物進出口事宜，與運輸公司及貨運代理商聯絡；

負責制定並改進公司保安政策、適時更新保安標準作業程序（SOP）及應急預案；

負責廠房範圍監控、日常保安人員調配、培訓、及日常工作督導、保安活動監察；

協助上級處理各項與保安有關的行政及行動事宜。

香港中學文憑/香港中學會考或以上學歷;

持有紀律部隊/保安管理文憑為佳;

須具最少2年為保安督導級別為佳;

協助保安主任執行日常保安管理與監督工作，例如：保安員人手調配丶確保公司財物及人員安全檢查丶廠房範圍監控及出入控制、CCTV監控、搜身及其他與保安有關之工作；

在保安主任休假時，署理保安主任執行管理職責；

能操廣東話及英語並能閱讀及書寫中、英文報告；

做事細心，遵從上級安排；

具有電腦操作知識，協助處理日常文書及船務工作，如: 電子報關/出入口文件 (Trade link / Airway bill)；

每星期五天工作，須24小時輪班(每更約8.5小時)；

持有有效香港駕駛執照、急救證書或其他相關專長者為佳；及

具較少經驗者，可考慮為保安員
