This is a leadership role to oversee the entire production life-cycle of high-precision printing, engineering function and facility infrastructure.
Job Responsibilities
Planning and operations: plan and organize production schedules and resources requirement for ensuring timely and efficient completion of production targets.
Production management: identify potential bottlenecks and resolve unexpected floor issues quickly.
Performance management: establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational and quality metrics to track progress, minimize defects and build accountability; use data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Operational transformation: champion lean principles, drive a culture of continuous improvement and apply appropriate industry principles and frameworks to automate process, optimize throughput and improve efficiency; report regularly to executive leadership on the status and impact of Operational Excellence programmes.
Cross-functional orchestration: align production with supply chain, procurement, quality assurance and engineering teams to ensure seamless end-to-end operational execution.
Team development: Develop internal capability and foster a performance-driven culture focused on safety, quality and efficiency.
Job Requirements
Degree holder in related disciplines. Chartered qualification or Lean Six Sigma certification an added advantage.
10 years of working experience with not less than 5 years in senior managerial position focused on Operational Excellence, Lean or continuous improvement.
Strong analytical, problem solving and data-driven decision making capabilities.
Good leadership, coaching, and change management skills, with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and at all levels of the organization.
In-depth knowledge of factory safety regulations, ISO quality standards, and environmental compliance is a plus.
Self-motivated, ownership mindset and outstanding organizational skills.
Support user departments to ensure procurement activities are conducted in line with company policies, governance requirements and according to business needs;
Supervise the team in day-to-day operations, including overseeing the digital ERP approval flow, liaison with local and overseas suppliers for quotations based on user departments’ requests, and issuance of purchase orders;
Maintain the suppliers’ database and evaluate suppliers’ performance;
Oversee the tendering process and support user departments in reviewing tender documents and contracts;
Review and update company’s procurement policies and procedures for identifying opportunities to streamline the procurement process with the use of information technology; and
Perform ad hoc projects / tasks as and when required.
Job Requirements
Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or relevant disciplines;
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with not less than 3 years’ supervisory experience;
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
Experience in green and sustainable procurement is desirable;
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage;
