Provide hands-on server-side technical support with focus on Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, backup, virtualization, email, and core infrastructure services.
Monitor system performance and perform periodic server, network, backup, and patch maintenance while supporting security operations (endpoint protection, DLP, access control, log monitoring, asset management, and backup readiness) to ensure stability, security, and availability.
Support implementation, enhancement and ongoing maintenance of on-premises IT systems, server platforms and network solutions.
Support incident response and security threat intelligence analysis, and support investigation, escalation, and remediation of security incidents.
Assist in conducting security risk assessment and compliance review with support on implementing control, and operational reporting.
Support IT Manager in team supervision, service quality monitoring, staff coaching and managing daily IT operations.
Review and maintain IT policies, system documents, technical procedures, asset records and network / server documentation.
Coordinate with service providers on infrastructure support and maintenance, problem resolution, project execution and other IT matters.
Provide support in IT procurement and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
Minimum 4 years relevant IT experience of which at least 2 years at a supervisory level.
Professional certifications in server, networking, cybersecurity or related areas are a plus.
Strong hands-on experience in server-side administration and virtualization management, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, Database, enterprise backup, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
Solid knowledge of basic TCP/IP networking, LAN/WAN, firewall, switch, and Wi-Fi support; CCNA is preferred.
Familiarise with security operations, including incident response, security monitoring, endpoint protection, DLP, patch/asset management and security risk / audit processes is preferred.
Practical experience in Lotus Notes / Domino administration or support is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with SIEM platform is an advantage; Splunk experience is preferred.
Basic scripting knowledge for administration and automation is preferred.
Familiarise with ERP support / administration is an advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage.

Support user departments to ensure procurement activities are conducted in line with company policies, governance requirements and according to business needs;
Supervise the team in day-to-day operations, including overseeing the digital ERP approval flow, liaison with local and overseas suppliers for quotations based on user departments’ requests, and issuance of purchase orders;
Maintain the suppliers’ database and evaluate suppliers’ performance;
Oversee the tendering process and support user departments in reviewing tender documents and contracts;
Review and update company’s procurement policies and procedures for identifying opportunities to streamline the procurement process with the use of information technology; and
Perform ad hoc projects / tasks as and when required.
Job Requirements
Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or relevant disciplines;
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with not less than 3 years’ supervisory experience;
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
Experience in green and sustainable procurement is desirable;
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage;
