We are the HKNPL's purchasing arm and are responsible for assisting user departments in purchasing goods and services. As a public organisation, we aim to ensure public funds are properly spent and to obtain goods and services at the best value for money. Consumables items & chemicals in industrial printing and packaging materials
Building & machinery maintenance, waste disposal & recycling service and renovation services
Stationery, paper, cleaning items, office furniture and equipment, computer hardware, software, and peripherals
Occupational Safety & Health course, insurance consultancy services, security guarding services, and promotional souvenirs
