Directorship
The Board of Directors consists of members coming from Hong Kong Monetary Authority, China Banknote Printing & Minting Corporation and three note-issuing banks, namely, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited and Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited. The Chairman is Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.
Management
The day-to-day operations of Hong Kong Note Printing Limited. (HKNPL) are managed by an experienced management team, headed by a General Manager who is also a Director of HKNPL. There are eight operating departmental managers, namely, Production, Organisation & Control, Security, Engineering, Integrated Management System, Finance & Accounts, Administration & Procurement, and Human Resources, who report to the General Manager through a Deputy General Manager.
